Laura Sartori, Salesforce Business Analyst at Hotelbeds group, started working with Salesforce in 2011, as a Salesforce support agent. After becoming a team mentor and being the technical point of contact for the team of support agents, she specialized in reporting and dashboards and became the European leader of the Analytics and Feature activation matters, in support.
Laura has also been recognized as the best writer for quality and quantity of Help and Training articles around “Feature Activations and Analytics” for the year 2015. She has also earned 5 Salesforce certifications. In October 2014, Laura was one of the speakers at Dreamforce for the session called “Analytics Snapshots in Salesforce1 Reporting: Common use Cases for everyone”.
