How to Get Your Discount Code

Renfe requires that the discount code be shared only with confirmed event attendees.

✅ If you already have your dreamOlé ticket, you can request your discount code by sending an email to contact at dreamole.es with the subject “dreamOlé 25 – Renfe discount”.

📧 In the email, please include:

• Your full name
• Your Eventbrite order number

Once we verify your registration, we will send you the discount code.

How to Use the Renfe Discount

After receiving your discount code, follow these steps to apply it when booking your tickets on www.renfe.com:

1️⃣ Select your preferred train under any of the available options (Básico, Elige, Elige Confort, or Prémium).
2️⃣ In the fare dropdown menu, choose Congresos/Eventos fare.
3️⃣ Enter the authorization number in the designated field (⚠️ not in the discount code field).

📌 Important: You must present the “Discount Authorization” either printed or as a PDF on your mobile. This document must be personalized for each traveler and will be required at the access control or by the train supervisor.
